Help choosing between two fan drivers.

Good evening. I am building a COB light and I have active cooling for the fans. I am using four Arctic Alpine 64 Plus coolers. Each one pulls .25A.

Currently I have this LEDMO Switching Converter ordered. I am now considering ordering a Mean Well APV-16-12, but am not sure if I need to or if the LEDMO will work. The LEDMO can handle 10 amps. The Mean Well can handle 1.2. My main concern is the LEDMO is not water resistant AT ALL. My concern on the Mean Well side, is I don't know if the amp pull on turning the fans on will be more than 1.2A.

Thoughts?

cpu fans dont have a high start up load. the apv 16-12 should start 5 of them simultaneously

Take a MW APV-16-12 and all Fans do a perfect job. Every AC64+ Fan needs 0.24A of the driver current.

I use various ps a mw apv 12/12 provides 1 amp which four of your fans use or you can get a meanwell 12v 1a/2a/3a ps each is inexpensive and work well

I do it a ghetto way. I just use a simple a.c. adapter and it works great.
