Help Conditioning reused soil

Hello everyone I am wondering if anyone knows how to condition soil.

I'm reusing one year old FFOF and have removed all roots from last grow. I used heavy synthetic nutrients from reefertilizer. I have run tons of water through the medium since I believe the excess nutes would have killed my plants this year. Now I fear that I have dead soil with zero biodiversity.

I picked up a few things that I have no idea how to use properly

I've added perlite and mycorrhizal fungi
(Not sure if I should add mycorrhizal to all the soil or just the roots when I transplant)

Then I have these ( Hygrozyme, recharge compost tea, persephones palate, and Nourish L) and I have no idea how to rebuild the soil with them. But was pushed towards them at a hydroponics shop.

I have 120 gallons worth of used soil and this is only my second grow. So any help with fixing the soil would be greatly appreciated.

If you’re growing synthetic, you don’t have to do much. You flushed the accumulated salts, which is good, just the perlite and mycos (which really isn’t necessary), since you’re providing all the nutes to the plant without biological action needed to break down the organic compounds. If your growing organic then there’s a lot more to do. You can add worm castings, a little blood and bone meal, and dry fertilizer, mycos. Now none of those things will hurt a synthetic grow unless there’s too much (too hot).

Thank you so much for this!

Save yourself some money and just apply the mycorrhiza directly to the roots or the seed. No benefits of adding it to the soil.
you only need e few sprinkles if you add it to the roots directly.

Can't speak for the other products but it won't matter so much if you are using salt nutrient.

If you want some reading and advice, check out the ROLS (recycled organic living soil) sticky thread in the organics forum, at the top of the list. It’s a lot of reading, but it’s geared towards exactly what you’re doing, and has soil recipes and mixes you might want to emulate.
