See, I'm being charged with Possession of marijuana for sales - I think that's close to the same as intent to sell? I'm not too sure on that one, but the officer did say this is a felony charge. I'm also a minor, does anyone know if i'm going to be incarcerated? Especially since this is a first time charge, I have one charge of possession of marijuana two days before my court hearing for the "possession of marijuana for sales" and i know i'm just going to be looking at a fine for that one.
