Does anyone know of a company that will craft a bong from a custom design?

you just need to know which blower you want, and ask them. Most will do it for the right price... I have one being made right now by ApixDesigns

I would also suggest looking through some local stores, depending on the business they might give you contact information for one of their regular supplier/blowers. Find a style you like, find out who made it, and go talk to them! You may run in to problems, or you might just get the best piece of your life and maybe meet some people along the way! Good Luck!
