well that "reflective stuff" is called mylar. its 95% reflective but its not that cheap. flat white paint should suffice. the bat guano is good for flowering, not sure of the other stuff. and the soil should be good. i would suggest mixing it with perilite if you are new, that way its harder to over water (noob mistake). and yes fill the pots and leave about an inch, inch and a half from the top. the light is also perfect to use right now . annnnnd OF COURSE YOU NEED VENTILATION, its veeeerrrrrrryyyy important. it may be difficult in your situation if its meant to be stealthy, but yes i suggest even a passive intake (basically a hole, and an exhaust fan). smell can be managed with a carbon filter. which attaches to the exhaust fan. here is a link for a DIY carbon filter.----> http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=29402 im interested in seeing how this goes, havent really seen any led grows yet. keep posted :weed:

i can not put a hole anywhere, any ideas for ventilation? the only opening is at the door, their is a big gap between the bottom of door and the floor, about 2 inches, bigger than usual.

hmm, well i guess what you can do is just line the bottom with like 4 computer fans. just to suck in as much air as possible. and also get a rotating fan for the inside to try and move as much air as possible around.

where does a carbon filter come into play?

Please explain what you mean by line the bottom....on what side of the door are the fans and facing what direction?

well the carbon filter would be inside the room attached to the outtake fan. and no you dont need co2 its just a nice bonus. co2 helps your plants grow faster and makes buds become more dense. if you have the right light, then you will have dense buds without co2. :)

Your soil is good...pots are good...Put up some Mylar ($20 for a 4'x25' roll). get a good oscillating fan mounted on the ceiling pointed down on the light/fan...Odor control comes into play mainly during flowering/late veg.

Okay...about your nutrients...

That Bat guano will be okay if you mix a little in your soil during flowering...but its not rly gonna help that much...Its like a "salad Dressing", not a full meal for the plant. Look into a basic two part nutrient like Foxfarm Bigbloom/Growbig, Earth Juice grow/bloom, or Root Organics "Buddha Grow/bloom"

You can also use guano teas for nutes...just make sure you're using the right guano for the right stage (peruvian seabird for veg, mexican bat for flowering, etc...) A decent tea recipe is 2tbsp Guano-2tsp Blackstrap molasses-1 gallon water, let brew for 24-48 hrs.

As for that Humboldt Honey ES, i hear its good stuff. Use small amounts in a dilluted water solution throughout your mid-late veg, and all throughout flowering...

about your ventilation now...you're going to need a good source of fresh air. You can leave the door open with a fan blowing in, but you risk infestation and security issues. Id recommend getting some Axial fans, which are small, cheap, and powerful for their size. you can mount them almost anywhere...You seem to have an issue with carving up your door...So i recommend making a grow box, or getting a small grow tent. That way you can have all the ventilation you need, and its more contained.

That being said, you seem to be on the right track (cept for that LED, i dont trust them)...I was young once...you'll have a pro-gro in no time.
