If you aren’t bottle feeding, make sure to get some kelp and guano. Organic amendments lack in the P and K. That’s what it looks like you are having issues with. Been there, done that. I only use amendments, and kelp and guano is a must for me. Also get yourself some blackstrap molasses ( unsulphured ). Helps with the micros. And be sure to ph your water.

i know but this is a starter kit from biotabs with everything there. I am new to it myself but i have heard it should work but can it be anything else?

Unfortunately my input is strictly based on the information you provided, and the pic. And both point me to a deficiency in P and K.

I had 6 plants one had a disease i belive from fungus then second one got the same. Now im with 4 mature plants who also had same symptoms and flowered early now this came maybe the same?
