Help! discoloration is spreading to the buds

So I'm almost at harvest time but not quite. The hairs have pretty much all changed color, but there's not very many trichs that look amber, some even still look kinda clear. I flushed almost a week ago to get ready for harvest, when I did the flush I used tap water but did adjust the ph. I wasn't too worried about it when I saw the fan leaves turning purple but it's spreading to the buds! Temps have held steady mid to high 70's, and it's a Sour Cream so I don't get why this is happening and if I should harvest early or not?

here are a couple pics

Gonna have the take a wild guess here and say you reside in a cold environment ;-D
You are fine. Just discoloration from the cold temperature. The cold makes a certain chemical (forgot the exact name) in the plant more dormant which make the discoloration appear.

yea it'll be 8 weeks into flower next week, I'm just concern because the trichomes dont look ready at all...well by that I mean that I'm guess 15% are amber, 15% clear and 70% cloudy. I understand that ideally you would wait for roughly a 50/50 mix of cloudy and amber. Am I wrong?

The trichomes can change color pretty quickly. From cloudy to amber in about a week even.

nah man, it's actually really mild outside and where the plant is the temps have never gone below 70. usually they stay 75-77 F
