This can be transplanted now. It needs light but direct light will probably shock it. After transplant dont put into direct light for 24 hours. Shade only.

When transplanting do not let the roots hit direct light. Again do at night or in the shade.

Hey bud, not sure if anyone has answered you re: Jiffy pellets yet but you do _NOT_ need to remove the bag type thing. The roots will grow right through it like it's not even there. Removing it is more likely to damage your plant than help matters, just toss the whole thing into the soil you're transplanting it to. Couldn't be simpler!

More than, I'd say. Once they've rooted I'd get them into soil in a solo cup with holes in the bottom or whatever your plan is sooner rather than later. I'd worry about damaging the roots on a young clone somehow.
 
Growing cannabis 101.

Do not overfeed your plants thinking more is better.

Do not over water your plants because you have to do something with them. Water when the soil needs it.

In soil let them grow a few weeks before feeding and then start at half strength with water feedings in between.

Leave them alone, watch them grow, and enjoy healthy plants.

It really is that simple.
