Looks like heat stress. Have you checked the temp at plant height with a thermometer? The 400w fixture is probably raising the air temp by 15-20degs.

Was it MG perlite? If so it has nutes.

ottomatik, I did this so the roots have a very easy time moving around in the soil.

Thanks everybody I fixed it. It was the heat. I have both doors wide open and she is starting to bloom into a beautiful flower. Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it.
