Help! First sign of damage four days ago, got drastically worse!

Help! The first image is four days ago. The next two are the same plant today. I'll try to keep it brief. Growing outdoors in soil, pH unknown but tomatoes have grown there before. Deciduous wooded area with very nice brown soil, underbush of nettles and fern. Daytime temps average 17°C so far, nighttime temps averaging 8°C. Watered twice a week with no nutes. Average humidity is 70%.

I've seen two or three spittle bugs which I have removed. The newer leaves seem more damaged. I can't see any bugs with the naked eye. Flies leave when I enter the area.

I should add that lots of white fluffy tree pollen things are floating around so I'm not sure if those are webs on my plants or just nature I sprayed the tops and bottoms of leaves and stems with alcohol and water mixture.

Help!

Me too, but I'm not sure what type. I wasn't worried till the new leaves dried off. Will it die? I've only grown male plants before for seeds and tobacco substitute so this is my first experience with fems.

You must've grown hermaphrodites because males don't produce seeds. A bug infestation can definitely kill a plant. I would recommend picking up a jeweler's loupe so you can get a close up look at the plant and figure out what is eating it.
