HELP!! First time grower

First time grower my fruity pebbles is 9 weeks and 3 days old I’m using red dirt no plant food or nutrients with regular bottled water
it’s also outside how much longer you think till it’s done with flower I have a app from when I started and it says it’s now in week 2 of flower but idk just looking for help and tips

I also have a chocalope that is bout 3 weeks younger I think lol can anyone tell me how far they think she might be
