Help first time grower

this plant is about 3 weeks old i bought a nic andwhile i was crushing i found a seed and planted it i have it under a 150watt bulb but compared to others looks small can any one write down some sprays they sell at farming stores and or soils i have pics of it

when it comes too lighting its not so much about watts so much. just starting out i would recommend going to the store and picking up some cfls about 12 bucks or so but very effective. and remember you can spend up to 50 or more on one light. so its all relative. another thing to know is if this is a seed u just found laying around u gotta know its going to be limited to its genetics and i can pretty much guarantee its gona have seeds. and aluminum foil is not a great idea. good luck i highly recommend cfls especially for vegging use (bright light) ones.
if you flower using cfls switch over to 500k warm light ones. hope this helps. good luck.
