It really depends on how bad you have them. Are there webs forming already? I've known growers who get infested with mites and still chop and smoke the meds with a little crackle. If it hasn't hindered their growing then they should be fine. I don't think I'd hit em with anything so close to harvest, but one thing I've been doing as a preventative is using my detachable shower head and spraying the undersides of the leaves with water. Beads right of the buds and has worked better than any sprays I've found.

they dont look that bad but mind you, my plants are frigging tiny. i bought the lowrider ganja dwarf and seriously fucked them up along the way with heat, nutes, you name it!( started with 5 )so ill probably only get about and 8th off each plant but i think i know what im doing now and i put some pakistani valley business in a week ago and them guys are coming along nicely under the 600w hps. i read though that they hide in the buds and do they eat the thc, cos i wanna get high?

Mites feed on the chlorophyll inside the leaves and don't ted to mess with the buds unless they are creating webs. The stress factors you mentioned could very well be what lead to the mites. They'll typically stay away from a healthy garden. Temps, pH and feeding schedule, dial all those and you should do fine.

You cant spray anything on the buds at this point, you'll poison yourself/your customers trying to smoke it. Spidermites in Flower are a shit buzz, much easier to deal with in Veg. I guess you have to make a judgement call at this point, Id chop early to avoid anymore damage. If you've got webs your talking a seriously progressed infection.

EDIT: If you insist on spraying something on now, make sure its food safe.

Yes, may be under a different name there, but look for plant bug killers with Pyrethrin and/or Chrysanthemum on the label, if they are designed to be used on your veggies they are safe for buds!
