Help fungus gnats perlite

i got perlite for fungus gnats and im now just noticing that its mirical perlite with nutes in it and its now a good inch layer on top of my soil this is the nutes 0.04-0.01-0.06 will this hurt my plant should i get this stuff off

No it's not gonna hurt.
it has a very low NPK.

its only 9 days old should have added that info my bad

You'll still be ok man. the NPK is super low Tenth of a percent. super low.
I wouldn't worry about it man. Everything's gonna be ok.
