HELP gotta change from hps to cfl for a week what would happen

hello there, today has been a worries day!
im growing hydro in a ebb and flow tray with 4"rockwool cubes on a layer of coco fiber. then, im in week 4, and for some reason i have to turn my hps off. if i put cfl light could harm my babies? what could happen??? im so worry that i wanna cry!!! any advice will be more than thankfull.

How big are your plants? If you put enough cfl in there you'll be fine, but it could take a whole lot of lights. Also, I'd go with a removed ballast fluorescent option as each cfl has it's own ballast putting out heat inside the cab
