HELP!! Growing Two Plants Under Two 6500K Daylight CFL's

Okay so these babies where started outside In August. I brought them in October 2nd Because the weather outside was getting cold around here.

I believe they started to pre-flower because of the light cycle it was getting outside. (Sometimes it was sunny and then for a week and a half it was cloudy and rainy)
So I brought them inside and set them on a light cycle of 18/6.
The only nutes the plants have had was some miracle grow stuff that my friend watered them with once a week. they haven't had anything since.

*Now believe it or not these plants are at least over a month old*
They are only about 6-9 inches give or take.
This a photo of both plants before I separated them(Which I did when I brought them indoors)

This is the first plant its very green and has no browning
This is the second one, as you can see the bottom leaves are browning, I have removed them and a new set grows back still yellow. I'm thinking it has a deficiency in a nute. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!

The Set Up Is in a sliding door closet with a light timer.

With Two 6500K "Daylight" CFL's With Reflectors Around Them.

*Now im obv a beginner grower, but this is something that stumps me. Both plants are smelling right now and smells like good bud. But isnt it too early for them to even give off a smell? or was it because of the pre-flowering that happen?. I do not know the strains, They just came from some good dank bagseed.*
Basically when I open the closet door I get hit with a wall of good dank smell.

Is it that they were dwarfed? And If so should I start flowering them?
Or is the smell natural?
Is there supposed to be a good bud smell this early?

What is a good recommend Nute I can get from Lowes /Home-Depot/ or walmart?

Any and all help would be appreciated.

thats just the plant smell..... i love it you should deffinatly vegg for at least a month... ha i have the same timer lol .......... you should also look into LST(limited stress tranning) because those stems look really streached happens when there is not enuf light

tomato ferts work well i use the miricle grow 10-10-10 thats cool to but im really not an expert in that

+ Rep man thanks for the fast response. yeah I mean these girls(I hoping) were started outside in august, and after a month I brought them inside. they have little Pistils on the tp of both plants also

thanks bro just let them get fat in a veg cycle .... they will bud if you flower but im pritty sure you want more than a .2g of dryed weed lol did you look up that LST stuff it works great and i did it for the first time recently great results .......... this one was started aug-2-2010

bag seed hope its a girl........ see at least you have an advantage you know that yours are female im allready getting mentally ready for the let down of having to cut out my males

for veg u want a nute high in nitrogen like 30-15-15 and u need to be giving it to them now like once a week and u are a long ways from flowering unless u want small plants and small yield i say when they get half the size of what u want them to finish as then change to flower but u need some more veg time for sure
