Transplants are a rough time, I've got an otherwise healthy and tall clone that yellowed up after a transplant. Once she was used to it though I saw improvement and with the first nutrient application she was right as rain. Fresh water PH'd to 6.5-6.8 is good to help with the shock of the transplant. I haven't dealt with seedlings in a long, long time, but from what I remember they don't need a lot of light and just using a standard pigtail CFL is not unheard of until she gets a little heartier, this can also keep her from stretching up too much while building a leaf base to handle some of that light. If you do use a big light far away, then don't forget to give ample air circulation to build stalk strength and help compensate for the inevitable stretching.
I wouldn't get too worried unless the leaves get crispy and dead feeling. As long as they are pliable, then you shouldn't be looking at a devastating loss, just a hurdle. You can PH some fresh water and put it into a spray bottle. Spritz her with it now and again, but just enough to get the leaves wet, not the soil, this will keep you checking on her and keep her running fresh water through in case you guys are fighting anything. Largely though, continue with your normal process and reduce variation whenever possible.
Monitor for worsening, consistency, and improvement. Sometimes things do get a little worse before they get better. I had one in my hands walking toward the trash can when I decided to give her a couple more days. God damn if she didn't not only recover her main group, but also shoot out a new growth from down below while the top was slowly recovering, now she's a Y shape with two big fat main stalks...I just kept her in the normal watering rotation and spritzed her with my other youngins. I was and am truly amazed at how bad she looked. wilted leaves and all (there was an issue with her roots, the transplant saved her). For veg I'm 4ft 6 bulb t5, superthrive and fox farm grow big every other ph'd to 6.8 on the dot, fresh water 6.8 on the dot on the off waterings, promix HP soil, 12inch smart pots temp 70-72 humidity 45-55%
