Thats quite a few male pods for that little spot. like Clonex said... i honestly wouldnt waste time trying to pluck them, its gonna produce more and more. most likely.
If you tried to pluck them and they burst open it can pollenate your other plant. thats the only thing that can happen is pollenation. otherwise it has no effect on the surrounding plants.

may we ask what strain and breeder? or was it a clone? or was it just a bagseed? bagseeds are mostly all hermies.

it was bag seed, and its in its 7th week of flower. can i just chop it now and hopefully be somewhat ok?

thats exactly what to do. pick out the hermies away from your grow area too. not much else you can do. that plant is no longer focusing its energy on buds and resin.

rescue what you can and make sure you wash pollen off of everything including your hands before going back in your area.
Do it outside if you can.

if u get out ALL of the the bananas you may still have decent smoke. those bananas suck to smoke.
honestly when picked early or something like this happens the buds will typically still smoke decently out of a vaporizer. if u cant vape, try making hash, or sifting keif.
