help hps week 9 flower and seedlings

hey guys, here is a pic of my setup i was using cfls up until now with this 20$ 150w econolight, so can i keep my little autoflowering ak next to these chrystal seedlings under the same light in 18/6 and get growth from this distance 16 inches? or should i just stick to 26w cfl daylights on the seedlings/veg or more hps closer without burning the ak?

For all my auto flowers i just use all cfl's 24 hrs....But thats just the way I do it, the strain i have is white dwarf though....Its coming along great.
