im about to go to lowes and buy some equipment to build my pc box :) its just a little project until i get enough money to buy my hps and build my closet. what should i buy? what cfls? anything else you guys can think of.

They have some bubble wrap there wrapped with Mylar. Works great as reflective material like 20 bucks for a roll. Also y sockets In the electric area.

As far as bulbs go c'mon man this place is littered with info just take a look. Understand what the plants natural environment is and replicate it.

I built a cfl reflector out of surge protectors and those little light bulb sockets that plug into a regular outlet. Get 2 surge protectors use zipties to secure them back to back, 3 cfls on each side. Sheet metal for a reflector.

I got my adapters from Home Depot for super cheap. They work great for a Veg/clone CFL setup. Heres what I was able to rig up for less than 50 bucks. 12 bulb CFL clone setup. In the picture, I'm only running 4 bulbs at a time but they are setup for 6 bulbs per fixture. Two fixtures for a total of 12x26 watt CFL's. The wall plug adapters were like a buck a piece and the Y-adapters were 2 bucks or so each. Good luck pal!
