It's close, but if they haven't opened and released pollen you will be alright. Chop and remove.
Assuming it is a good strain and you could use seeds, bring a couple of shoots inside and place in a glass of water. Let the pollen fall on a sheet of freezer paper to collect it. Then paint one or two buds on each plant using a Q-tip. You will get 10-20 seeds of each. Store your pollen in a pill bottle with some rice in the freezer.

thats a male that is a ways from popping it hasnt done any damage yet just kill and forget it no worrys a buddy just found one with the little wings open just before they pop open and was lucky to catch it also
