That does seem really low. But I have heard of water sources being that low so it sounds right. This narrows it down to just your pH then if all of that is correct.

yeah man thats gotta be correct i read the city report then went to the website of the actual water source they use and checked that and it was even a bit lower. although i can smell and taste the chlorine thats what both said is that it was moderately hard or somethin like that

Chlorine is t necessarily bad for them, but it can halt or kill any beneficial microbes you have. A complete nutrient line will have everything you need in it. It would be best to let your water sit out for a day or two prior to using it, like I said before vitamin c will elimate it quickest. After about 8 hrs you will notice the smell and taste are gone!

Dam dude I hate to tell you this but, looks like your plants have (HMV) Hemp Mosaic Virus!!.. Look it up asap!!!!! Most of the (HMV) sick cannabis plant images are under (TMV) Tobacco Mosaic Virus on cannabis plants.

My plants had that same weird leaf growth too, finding out they had the HMV.. so I cut them down!! Sucks big time bro.

Yeah it had those issues when I got them from my brother. All the new growth is very healthy for the most part. This is how there looking lately. just about 2 weeks in veg! I also topped the two biggest plants, defoliated just a tiny bit (it was very cluttered) and raised up the smaller plants to get equal light:

this was 4 days ago: (only back right was topped in this picture)

this is today: both plants topped in this picture and smaller plants raised up. (only 4 days after previous picture and such a big difference!)

to raise up the pots the younger plants are in i got some old 7 gal pots (that came with tent) and cut them in half. turned the bottom half upside down and it fits perfectly snug inside the run-off tray that came with those pots and my 3 gal fabric pots fit perfectly ontop of that. i can even water them while ontop of the pots and the run-off is a waterfall down the side to the tray. its beautiful if i say so myself
