help identifying plants

I need a little help identifying these plants to see if they are the real deal. I found these growing behind my house I just moved into there are no other plants growing near them and they where growing just out side a bathroom window. I live in the middle of a trailer park where the lawn are well cared for. they are small still but they have what I will call "hair" growing all over them the link I will post is to a Myspace page where I will have the photos up for a little while.

well it's certainly not Marijuana...
It actually looks like a small Japanese plant I once helped a neighbor with but whose name escapes me at the moment.
If I'm right it'll get quite a bit larger and bloom at some point.

Thanks for the help I am attempting to raise a few real plants. I just did not know if these where another type.
