Help Identifying Preflowers

Title says it all. These are Maui Wowie, first grow. Would like some experienced growers to take a look at the preflowers and give their opinions.

There are 3 plants, 2 of them are tall, sparse leaves, and have shown preflowers first. Those are pictured here. the third plant is short, has thick vegetation, and has no preflowers. I'm thinking these 2 are male and the other one is female.

Thanks :)

pics 1and 2 show no preflowers. they show stipules.

Dannyboy, I love that avatar.

Everyone, here are some new pics. I'm pretty sure this one is male. It's starting to show some asymmetry in the upper nodes. This one is also growing MUCH faster than the other 2 and doesn't have nearly as much foliage as the others. I've read that faster growth + greater height + lighter foliage is a good predictor of sex in the absence of definitive preflowers. Agree/Disagree?

Anyway, here they are, and thanks again:

That looks female in the last pic but possibly hermi. Cant tell give it more time. Good Luck of course.

In the case of female, I know I'm looking for white pistils, but what am I looking for specifically for male? Thanks :)

believe me you'll know when you see it.....in the nodes you'll see little roundish growths then clusters of flowers like grapes

Sounds good :) I was under the impression that once they got to that stage, they could cause problems which is why I wanted to jump on it early. Makes sense now, and thanks again.

You have plenty of time to distinguish sex before the boy start raping the girls. No rush man when you see the balls you will know. Like someone else said grape clusters exactly. Good luvck
