its funny if you read your post in the voice of a 13 year old girl and flap your hands up and down it really works, punctuation helps :)

but seriously:

1. what growing medium are you using
2. how big are the pots
3. how much water did you give them
4. whats the humidity?

you have a baby seedling in a 3 gallon bucket, so it will be slow out of the gate as it's focusing on the roots...relax as it looks to be okay, but does seems to be stretching a bit

Okay thank you for that info cuz that's what I thought so now I'm lowering lights (using 2 y conn. 23watt 6500k) starting to feel like i can't go by the days anymore i gotta go by the height or is it because they're seedling process is different from the stage when the lifespan start growing & taking off???

And make sure that at the beginning you aren't overwatering, or the water will run out of oxygen and drown your roots.

Just a cup or so of water every other day directly around the base of the plant until you start seeing vigorous growth.

Once you see the first growth explosion you are safe to start feeding it growth nutes

What ISK said. Relax its an auto. It'll do what it wants to do when it wants to do it. Go easy on the nutes and you will be fine. In my experience usually autos are fairly resilient in most cases. I did have a couple that were finicky, but mostly just keep temps and humidity in check and feed it without over feeding and you're home free. Looks fine mate.

are your CFL bulbs within one or two inches of the plant? .....as too far away will cause them to stretch
