Help im not sure how to feed.

Ok so my plants are like a full week old. Im using a general hydro bucket i fill the res with the nutes but when water level drops i top of.with water butbi dont know how to add nutes to the water i add. I feel like they are not growing as well as they could be

I think a week old is to soon to feed nutes( if from seed) just my opinion. And you should only top off with water in my opinion , bcuz plants eat different nutrients at different times. In veg they may eat more N than p and k but take in p and k and other micro nutes as well in different intervals. So adding more nutes may give them too much of 1 or more nutrients or cause lockout. Again this is my 2 cents. Good luck.

One week old is too young for nutrients. How fast do you expect one week old plants to grow, lol. Nutrients do not make your plants grow, genetics and light determine the rate at which your plants will grow. If they are underfed they can be stunted, but at 1 week that is impossible. The seed holds enough nutrition for them to get through about 2-3 weeks. At that point you need to add nutrients, but about 100ppm. Nowhere near the strength on whatever bottle you are reading.

Too early to start feeding and if you decide to feed at 2 weeks ALWAYS start 1/4 strength never and you dont really have to add nutrients when you top off.
