HELP Insect Eggs In House Plants

my wife has thirty or so house plants and I have my own "plants".These eggs are slowly appearing in more of her plants. How do I get rid of them....

try neem oil u will only kill the adults and will have to do it every 3 days 3 times to kill all
the eggs hatch about every 3 days
