HELP! Is there a problem with my clones?

What would tell you that those are un rooted cuts? If the OP has had them for 3 days with no humidity dome on them and they were fresh cuttings placed in a cup, id think they would be wilted almost dead by day 3. Your thoughts?
That's a really good point, I guess I wasn't paying attention to the timeline either. I have my first batch of cuttings in my aerocloner now. No dome and they're not wilted at 3 days, but that's of course, a different process. Maybe I should pay better attention.

Here is an update from this morning with pictures. To me now they look over watered, but still the discoloration, the spots and burnt tips concern me. Showing so many signs of deficiencies that from reading shouldn't be happening right off from the start. I know first timer here and could be exaggerating things but if this is fine than I'm okay but if there is deficiencies that a more experience eye can see that i could fix would help. Growing is like health, you have one symptom that could be from a cause of anything until you run the test. Only thing here is i don't want to run test on a misdiagnosis and destroy my plant.

Take the weakest plant out of its pot and place the earth under a constant stream of water and gently remove most soil with your fingers. You can then check on the existance of potential roots without damaging them. If no roots are present wash the cuttling, place for water for a little time and then in some inert damp clean medium. If roots are present simply place in fresh earth and preferably, a bigger pot. Don't overwater in both cases.

Hey everyone just a little update. So I decide to just transfer them into 3 gallon fabric pots (smart pots) because as you seen they was not doing to good. The roots were coming out the bottom of the cup and I think the light was set to low that gave them the burn. Put them in fox farm and they seem to be taking it good now. I'll post another update next time, It's been 7 days now.
