HELP, keep getting root rot!!

I don't understand! I change the water every week, I bleach everything everytime I change the water. I even forked over the cash and use cannazym every water change(10ml per 1 gallon). I bought a bigger pump and better bubbler for more o2 in the water. I wrapped the whole AG in foil to block any light from getting in the reservoir.

What am I doing wrong? The roots start turning a murky brown and growth stops. The plant shot up to 4-5 inches within 2 weeks but now has started to droop down and look unhealthy. This is my third grow that has ended up dying from root rot. I want to try and save this one. I seem to make it farther and farther with each grow but this is getting annoying, and expensive!! I keep investing in these new chemicals each time but only get an inch further from the last grow.

Please any help would really be appreciated. Do I need to use more cannazym?

This may be a stupid question but do you clean it good when you change weekly? What is your water temp with the lights on?

When I change the water, I use bleach, dish soap, hot water, and a sponge and scrub the hell out of it. I used to not with previous grows but started to due to all this root rot.

Regarding the nutrients. I have been following the nutrient schedule religiously. The only discrepancy was the last set of nutrients had an extra tsp of bloom and grow in them because the wife read the directions wrong, no biggie. Otherwise, right on schedule.

Temps...I need to check. I'm still struggling with temps in my box. Inside the box is a steady 75ish. Underneath the lamps are 85-90.

When I change the res I use RO water to rinse it and then wipe down the interior with nute solution. Jorge Cervantes says to just use solution. Do you have any pics and is there any damage to the foliage? What nutes are you using? If your plants are only 2 weeks then you should still be on water or just starting nutes at 1/4 strength.

Originally there was a little spotting on the lower leaves but I ended up cutting it off and there hasn't been any damage on any leaves since. The plants leaves are curling upward and the leaves are laying down so they are resting on the aerogarden rather than standing strong on their own.

I'm just following the instructions on the bottle (Ultra bloom, micro, grow). Ph is steady and resevoir temp is a pretty steady 70.

Could be over feeding them too early. My plant is pretty big now and still very sensitive to nutes. I use only 1/2 strength now. I tried to go 2/3 and it burnt them so I am back at hallf. And if you are using the General Hydroponic flora series try the Lucas Formula.

I do not use them but ordered micro and bloom to use for my bubble buckets I am building.

Good luck.

So too much nutes are causing root rot? When should I start the nutes? After a couple weeks, slowly start introducing them? Just use ph-ed water for the time being?
