Help leaves appear eaten but I see 0 signs of bugs

Yellowish leaves on bottom 4th of plant appear eaten or even burnt off these are plants that I was using for practicing cloning that I've been neglecting and have removed from garden picture 1 and 2. rg basement mix soilless with just phd water. I noticed orange blotches on some of my well maintained mother plants that kind of resembles downy mildew picture 2 also I had misting humidifier sitting right next to plants moved it away and upped fan power yesterday but after trimming lots of leaves I still see a couple orange blotches on my main plants flushed everything 3 days ago as we'll so I'm sure it's not nutrient burn ph runoff is 6 and soil ph is 6.7ish
Also starting to see white dots randomly on a few of my plants.... I'm sure this is in the sticky but I've read it through and through and nothing sticks out. Again pic 1 might be completely different issue or related i have no idea.

Also white dots are much smaller then the picture examples I see online and by themselves. Could this be the start of powdery mildew? If you need better pictures I can find more

I'm now thing this could be bugs look at the grey are on the right leaf.. Bump any1? Please I wanna eradicate or fix whatever flaw I have ASAPASAP
