Wow, this square footage thing is really kicking your guy's asses. 5x3 is fifteen square feet. 4x4 is 16 square feet. square footage = length x width.
Cubic feet is length x width x height. I had my 11 year old figure it out for you. 20000 lumens divided by 15 sq. ft. = 1333 lumens a square foot.
You go by true watts on a cfl, not equivalent. Ten 100 watt equivalent cfl's at 26 watts is 260 watts.

Ya it sucks you put some plants in an area if it fits great, get the best light you can on it, and don't over feed.

PH and ppm meters are your best friend for mixing nutes.

You cannot fuck up!!

Ah chill SD, go burn a bowl. Lots of good help on here just gotta sift through the shit and not get emotional about anything. Really there are some true assholes on here but they are outnumbered 20:1 by people who really want to help.
