I don't see any thing but new growth myself.ur seriously stoned mate, i cant see them....
What makes some of you think it's new growth? You can already see the shoot that's growing and new growth is going to come from the tip of that shoot not the bottom.
It's clearly a pre-flower, just not sure of which sex. Unless he has a magical plant that grows two shoots on one side of the node. But hey, weirder shit has happened.

thank you to all the people that actually can tell that picture has a preflower in it. You can see the stipules and the new growth is right ON THE RIGHT OF THE PREFLOWER. then there is the fan leaf. I would circle it in red for those of you who cant tell but im to lazy. I will post pics in like a week on this post, and well, the people that called that can give themselves a nice pat on the back. stay high
