Help me avoid fake seeds/strains

I watched a vid by Dark Horse Genetics showing all the different "seeds banks" selling his Bruce Banner strain, but every one of them being fake. I don't care about all these 'big name' strains personally... but how can anything be trusted on these sites? Just looking for low THC medicine but have no idea what I'll really get. I've heard just buy direct from breeders but I have no idea who these breeders are or the real websites.
A long list of links would be great!

Use the search feature to look for strain info - like where to find good representations of those strains in seed form, and grow reports from users. There’s a ton of good info to read through that’ll help you find what you might like, or what people with similar tastes like.
