Hello guys, new to rollitup. I have grown some decent strains.I kinda got a green thumb and i am definently good at what i do with the small budget that I was on. But now that i have succeeded doing small 3x3 400w hps grows i am moving up to an entire grow room. I'm about to move into a 3 bedroom townhome and i am going to be using one of the bedrooms for a grow room. I drew up the room i will be using from the layout i received from the townhome. It is a 10x12.9' bedroom with a decent sized closet. I havent seen this place in person because they are still cleaning and repairing it but it seems decently big. I really dont have a limit of my budget because i know that what ever i invest in i will make back double or triple down the road. I was previously thinking of just doing either 1 or 2 4x8 ebb and flow trays growing 21 plants in each (3 across 7 down with 1 sq/ft. for each) And only harvesting every 8 weeks. But i think that if i had 4 lights and 4 areas for plants growing in 0-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, and 6-8 weeks i could keep a more constant harvest so i'm not out of bud for a month because i have to wait for more plants to finish. BUT, im not really sure thats why i am asking all you guys

I am most likely going to be getting 4 600w hps's in air cooled hoods so that each area could have their own light at a certain height. heres the layout of the room tell me what you think would be best for my situation. Also the closet with have T5's in there for mothers, clones, and plants vegging. I will be taking out the regular closet doors and will be installing real doors to keep it light proof. Also the main door to the room will be replaced with a fake book case that is actually a door. (saw online for only $600 but i could prolly make it for cheaper) I am very crafty with my hands so this is going to be fun for me. Thank you all in advance for the help
