I have a nice Zong and have bought an assortment of accessories for it over time, but I cant use all of them at once. I would like to get you guys opinions.

Then I have a few ash-catchers.

I also have an Eyse glycerin coil condenser

I always use the condenser and I tend to use the skull ash-catcher because its easy to clean, what do you all think?

That's some pretty impressive hardware.

Is there a point to the "Z" shape OTHER than pure visual appearance?

I guess it gives you something extra to hold on to, but it also means you can't clean the inside with an ordinary bottle-brush.

On your question, in my opinion the answer is easy. Whichever accessories you find yourself actually using the most when smoking are the ones you keep.
Ditch the rest, unless you think that you're likely to break something and need a "spare".

Nobody can really answer this but you, and its also largely a matter of personal preference (eg how big you like your bowls to be, what kind of resistance in draw you like, which cooling or other effects you like, which things have the best visual appeal to you, etc).

If you've tried the different hardware and the condensor and the skull-thingie are what you find yourself using again and again, that's what you keep.

Personally, I have no idea what that skull thing does for you, but it certainly looks cool, and I'd keep it!

Is that 14mm or 18mm stem? It looks narrow, like a 14mm. There's backpressure wherever there's a narrow channel like the skinny stem you have... maybe look into different stems if its a 18mm there are tons, 14mm is getting less popular.

I started collecting different bowls, I'm up to about 30 14mm bowls now, so you could do that...?

I have a straight shoot with a ice catcher, a down stem thats 18mm and a ROOR bowl peice. The bong is 18 inches. I've hit a 800$ illedelph , out of the box and everything nice diffuser, downstem , ash catcher all sorts of stuff. N still think my 75 $ bong was better.. WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU THOUGH! .

^^yep, now you can get a $75 tube with the same dimensions as one that cost $1000 15 years ago... I daily a Illadelph, its all 18mm, my old collector Roor sits in a case, its all 14mm.

I'd look at different downstems, yours looks tapered and skinny in the pic...

If I'm not mistaken the "z" shape makes in near impossible to spill by just knocking it over..if u want a custom piece check out glasspipes.org. and contact a decent blower.there are tons on there.

Every one I know who owned a zong told me the Z was to create a 'vortex effect' when you pull it so that the air moves more quickly... seems kind of ironic considering it seems like it'd only have to move more quickly to get around the extra elbows the Z creates, haha.

But the no-spill factor is interesting, wonder if that works...

Also, OP, help out an ignorant fool, what the hell does a glycerin coil condenser do exactly?
Glycerin just cools the smoke. It will not freeze so keep in freezer till u want to use. What you going to
smoke? Just flowers , if just flowers put the inline Ashcatcher and the cool condenser on it and you don't need the rest. Smoking wax you need a 45 to 90 with a HIghly educated Ti infinity done less nail. But it is pretty large of a piece to smoke hash from regularly , get a small piece with a micro perc for waxes.
