I was held in federal prison once for 90 days before they charged me . It was 5 or 6 weeks before I even got to see a lawyer .

They fuck with you , try to get a confession . Thats the whole point . If it werent they would bring you before a judge and try you on charges , even if they denied bail . They want a slam dunk in a courtroom . A confession is the highest form of proof . So they drag it out hoping to tire the person out . Especially if their case is weak . They can feel they know a person did something and still not prove it in court . If they had a slam dunk case it would be on already . At least thats what my experience tells me . Maybe I'm wrong .

Didn't Tommy Chong get Fed time for selling BONGS? Just seems strange they have not had him before a Judge yet, maybe their case is weak and this is too wear him down into confessing?

No. If they have you dead to rights, what's their hurry? I some how don't think they will arrest you and transport you to multiple facilities across the usa in the hopes you confess. They need some good justification to do that.

Yup, For mailing em across state lines, I do not need my door kicked in, so I will just say that god him self would play hell if he made it on the feds list.They have there own rules, something is up that they will not let him talk to his wife, that is so he can not say what is going down. take it as a grain of salt, but its not over yet by what they are doing to him. I have nothing against FDD, Yes there is a bunch of ass clowns that think they are way better then anyone and will never get cough. I will just say good luck with that.

My guess for the transport is b/c a pot bust in Oakland usually results in a dismissed case. This is just speculation though, don't quote me.

sorry if I haven't been showing my support for fdd in here,,too much drama sometimes and I get upset,,he's my buddy,,,I just talk directly with Mrs.fdd to find out whats going on,,,so far from what I have heard I feel lucky to live in Canada,,when the time comes I will resource what I can and try and help as best I can,,I am here for him

I think this is a wake up call to many. We've heard the term indefinite detainment for some time now, but it was a "concept" and something vaguely to do with "terrorism". Truth is, American citizens can now disappear without being charged with a crime. Not for the first time I'm regretting not grabbing the chance for dual citizenship when I had it.
