would someone please explain to me what the actual problem is, in their opinion? disclaimer: this is my very first grow. Very first. started on a whim. half-ass researched. I’m using Happy Frog soil, perlite, & SuperSoil mixed in with the Happy Frog on the bottom of the pot. I do not pH my water. I did when I first started watering my plants, but got a pH of 6.6 from my tap water & figured I was good. *did not calibrate pH meter‍♀️*. I read it could be nitrogen toxicity. I read I could’ve been overwatering. I’ve read & I’ve read but I have yet to come across any picture that looks like this. Someone please help! Lmao.
 
I put a clone in a peat pot that was probably too wet and it did this on the very bottom leaves, also my shop got right at 50f during that really cold weather we had not too long ago. I think a combo of cold and wet soil for me. You'll probably trim those anyway once it gets to flower.

2 different grows going on. The outside 4 pots are random seeds I collected in sacs over the years lmao (on day 36 from seed) and the middle 2 were bought— Silver Haze autos (on day 22 from seed). the outside 4 very may could be photoperiods, I have no idea the strain or genetics. but they’re all showing the same issues in various stages.

See my temperatures aren’t at pique level either! I didn’t even think of that. Like I stated in the post, this was kindve on the whim! Lol. The leaves changed to this dark green also? Or just the spotting? Or both?
 
I'm not a soil grower but few things. The 2 soils you have contain nutrients. Super soil has all of it +some. The soils are ph balanced but I would be curious of your tap water ppm.

Don't water the leaves at all, stay clear of them when watering. No idea of your temps / rh. And.. it's your first grow. Expect this stuff to happen.. often. Be patient, and keep reading.
 
I think the queen has two fungal issues; rust spots and the onset of powdery mildew.....even looks like other issues.
 
Yeah mine had that weird pinched in two look, in my case I just let it sit there and do whatever. It was a clone that I put in plain water with a bubbler to see what happened. It looks great right now as a 18" tall plant, Berger BM7 soil in a 3gal bag. Actually bought another bag of that today, going to plant some veggies and more peppers.
Your plant will probably be fine, they are really tough in veg. Take a cutting off this one and experiment with it.

How close is that light?
 
Also have you kept an eye out for any insects flying around your plants? The brown spots look like there could be gnats getting their lunch. A lot of new soil has insect eggs in it that hatch once you start adding water.
 
I would say that those plants/pots are far to small to have a hot supersoil on the bottom of them. With plants that small you generally want to start them in a soil that isn't too hot and then pot up to container with a bottom supersoil layer when they are more established and can handle it.

I just ordered some 7 gallons. I thought of that too!
