Well for some reason that pic on the home depot website is not displaying for me. Tried two different browsers. Anywho, the poly is great and you can find it cheap on ebay or at your local hydro store. I would definitely recommend getting some fans for ventilation. I found a great deal online for two 160 cfm duct fans for $50 bucks on ebay. They work great, for my small temporary space. You will definitely need ventilation if you are running a 600w hps, if you don't your plants will burn and you won't be getting anything out of them.

I purchased a set of those fans. They are great for intake but worthless for exhausting. You need a proper exhaust if you get the 600 watt. I would suggest an air cooled hood. I bought one with a bat wing reflector and my sealed 4x4 room got up to 109 degrees. If you don't have the cash, just grow small. Don't try to half ass it or it will blow in your face. You can buy 4'x8 1/2 inch foam panels from Lowe's for 9-11$. I used that and roof-gard 700.

I concur. I built a very small box for a temporary set up while I am finishing my main project and I am currently using one of these fans through a carbon filter. It does not work as well as I hoped it would. So I went out and bought a 400cfm hydrofarm centrifugal fan with a speed controller. Holy crap does that thing move some air.
