Help me out

Help me out a little here. here are my plants as of now. they are going to be 3 weeks old on monday. i just wanted some input on how you guys think they are doing. another opinion always helps. also one of my plants has a two whitish/yellow spots on a tea leaf. what is that and can i fix it? you can it in picture 243

They seem small for 3 weeks, what you growing in there? What are your temps, what kind of lights....

Yea they should be much bigger from what I have read and seen? not enough light maybe? I know when I added more lights to my babys (T5's with 6500 bulbs) they started to grow much quicker, and I think even made them more healthy LoL. Dunno, but hope you find your help. Good luck bud.

i went and changed the lights to three 6500k t12s. they matched the set up i already had and they seem to have grown since then and it's only been a day. they are much bigger now but two of them i have problems with. One seems to have stopped growing and is staying relatively small and the other seems to have developed a yellow lining on one of the leaves? do have any ideas of what this is and how to fix it?
