Hi , dunno if worth a thread , but i was on
IF you are new to LED and want help choosing what to buy, POST HERE! , and its not really in terms with .

So i'm taking my head for cooling vero 29

Got 3 arctic 64 plus.
0.25A@12V + and switching power supply 0.6A max , with many choice for the voltage.
I wanted to connect the 3 fans, all together , on the power supply.
This one seems ok , i'll take the black wire of each fan , connect all together , same for red wire and all of this , will be connected to the red and black power supply wire.

i success to connect one for test , with bare wire so, it worked , no smell of burnt in 12V or 9V or 7.5V

Now it appears that the alpine 64 plus , turn in only one way ,in counterclockwise of a watch
cause when I reversed the direction of the wire , then the fan dont work
i watched on my pc , the processor fan turn in the direction of clockwise ( left to right ) and extract the air outside the computer housing

The alpine 64 seems to not extract the air from the heatsink , it blows the air to the led !!!
In this case , all the led's heat will go to the plants perforce.
I would be bothered if its not the right solution

Does i got to change and rebuy new fans ?? ....

damn , i knew this part of the DIY will break my ba***

Thank you for helping :)

edit : i dunno some processor fan extract and some blow air .
( always thinking this fan , extract the air outside )

So care of what u'll buy for all newbee like me

Their supposed to blow that way brotha want air pushing across the aluminum heatsink. Otherwise their will be hot spots where air isn't flowing across the heatsink

It comes with Velcro to mount it where ever you want.

Here is the power supply:

I use the 5 amp (60 watt) for 8.50$ so I can power other things in the tent. That way I can tie this into the same power that runs light and eliminate extra power cord for fans or even pc fan ventilation for tent. And its really handy if you use 220 to power your lights.

Whole tent - 1 plug :)
