Help me plz whats wrong with my babys

plz help me this is my first grow ever, and i think something is eating my plants im growing some jack herer outdoors in two seperate locations (differant soil and such) and im not sure what it is or how to stop it. i am also conserned about the leaf curling on my 2 plants in the one spot. if anyone could help a fellow grower i dont want them to die.

the brown holes in the leaves are from a bug. looks like a single bug and not an infestation cant do much there. the other one with the curled leaf looks like it might be overwatered. goodluck

We got rain for 3 days straight a few days back could that have something to do with it?
also i just gave them there first feeding (muskee fish oil 5-1-1). does anyone know of something elce i could add thats organic to help boost veg. growth? or even something to keep the bugs off, thanks.
