If Possible I'd like someone to look at this list of items I have and tell me what I should use or not use and any tips on setup, especially any advice on the lights that i have and any info about the rooting agents.

looks like a pretty good place to me but for one i would use different lights. Just my opinion. Second what are you planning for ventilation??? i see no intake fan or exhaust. ou need at least and exhaust and i would certainly think about intake.

as i told you in chat:
Halogen lights dont work.
Get better CFLs, 40w+.
Equivalent numbers dont matter.
Higher "temps" for Veg and lower for Flower.

I read somewhere in a growguide that for a small closet grow, opening the door once a day would get enough fresh air, but i have a small fan that i will plug up, i was going to use it more to make the roots stronger than ventilation, but I already decided that when I get some money, i will use the silver pipes you use on dryers, i have a pipe three feet away I can splice into for outgoing air, i thought that would be for when i have a lot more plants and lights though.
