i got 3x 100 watts fluo 2700k 1600 lumens and know that i need to get the other color of the spectrum. i wanna know if the 42 watts fluo 6000 something would make it vegg better cause i think now my lights are good for the flowering . but how much of these 42 watts fluo will i need to grow like 2 plants???
help me up with this

Welcome to the forum. SeeMoreBudsUsed 8 42watt cfl's to flower three plants. He got 8 oz of dried bud. Its all described in his book, Marijuana Buds For Less. Yes the 6000k's are the ones you want for flowering. Lots of folks have posted journals of how they did thiers and I've been encouraging folks to include pictures, I'm sure some of them have. You might want to take a look at a few of those, maybe ask a question or two in thier threads. It lets them know we appreciate what they are doing. VV

Are you talking about the K spec. if so don't you mean 2700k spec. the red color spec. and not blue 6000k spec. That is for vegg.blue/ flower red.
im a bit confused cuase now i have 3 cfls 2700k and wanna know if those 42 watts cfl 6500k is for vegging better? or its the lights im using now?

When you are vegging you want to use blue spec. bulbs. ie cool white, daylight ect. these bulbs will have a k spec. value of 5000K or more. 4100k value I belive is full spec. and 2700k is a soft or warm white bulb which is a red spec. You want to use red spec in flower.
