11 weeks into flower ,an my Girls are showing clear trichoms. why are they not becoming cloudy???? HELLLLPPPPP ME!!!!!!!

This is a simple one.
Just give them more time and they will become cloudy and Amber.

Even simpler ......

Drop cycle to 10/14 ... FORCE finish ... plant will be tricked into finishing . Common method to push maturity .
11 weeks really isn’t that uncommon considering the first 2 weeks was the transition / stretch stage.
