Can a part of a plant get droopy if there's not enough lght hitting it?
It can. I have a hrdro set up, and one plant didn't get enough light for a day or 2 and it's leaves are droopy. See i focused on the plant that had buds, but she started to sprout a few hairs yesterday, so i put some light on it, hoping to revive it.

If the plant is in soil best to rotate it on a daily basis put a stick in so you know that your whole plant is reciveing even light.
