Help my Lil babys leaves turning Yellow

Someone help me please The leaves on my sprouts are starting to turn yellow and i can't figure out why.... I'm using 5 23 watt Cfls and a 17 watt grow bar I started the seeds out in a seed started.... I just can't figure out why they are turning yellow? HELP PLEASE

it would definately be helpfull to c sum pics if possible

is it hydro soil or toppsy turvey how you growin what you doin like for nutes and stuff and how much light and water you be givin and so on so forth it wil helps us help you
