Your light looks like it's on an angle and the plant is moving it's leaves to get more light. It's also stretched out (not enough light) and has a thin stem and branches. Get a fan on it.

It doesn't look that bad. The dirt looks like pro mix and the perlite looks to be yellow. Is it used pro mix or have you been feeding heavy? I think the problem is pretty minor so far though.

It's not light burn because of how the plant is stretching u need to lower the light b
about 3 inches above the plant. The spots look like something I have encountered with over watering the plant. Make sure you only water the plant when its soil is dry and crumbly. Also the nuts your using may not be enough get some calming it should clean up the spots pretty quickly and switch your nuts to dyna grow foliage pro, so far it has the best results I've seen and will give all the nuts you need. Hope this helped

Are u 100% sure that the spots could be from over watering because the day before i was giving it some nuts with a spray bottle and i sprayed the leaves and i also put the plant up closer to the light so maybe im thinking maybe the nutes n the light burned the leafs but im not 100% sure just a lil prediction.

The other product I mention was calmag but the typo put calming, cal mag is calcium magnesium and it helps clear up spots if its the problem but I didn't think about the spraying, if u are spraying them with a chemical them it could be light burn since water can absorb sun faster than the leaves I have seen people use tubing that runs into the roots to directly add water and nuts weiothout needing to worry bout light cycle changes

Don't spray leaves when the lights are on OR off. Just don't spray them with anything. There's really no point, and when the water dries out, it leaves residue.
