Help needed

I got a 600w led true watts cob led
light in a 48,48,80” tent running a 4inch exhaust fan with carbon filter i had 2 plants i started in april they were by my window, moved to outside back to inside under 3 26w cfl’s 2 feets above em then under a 100w led in my closet, one of them didnt even have any true fan leaves yet but i got the setup 2 days ago one of the plants died and i germed 2 more seeds one already sprouted and the other got planted today.I started germing 2 autos today as well so hopefully we get some good results but the first plant i started is finally getting some growth coming in but humidity is low in tent its at 36% how can i raise it ?

Is that light dimmable? That's the right wattage for a 4x4 but alot for young plants if its a true constant 600 watt imo

I'd run all but I'd adjust power to each differently less red in veg but I kinda meant if you could run less watts early on overall so its pulling half that or less at first. I could be wrong in my thinking if there autos I have limited experience with them.what are temps like

25 degrees celcius at 37% humidity i ordered a dehumidifier

Basically saying if your hitting young plants like that with 600 watts it may lead to other issues imo and yes you need a humidifier

So do i run white red and blue or just white or just red and blue ? Or should i run 100w instead ? I have another led that output 100w no white
