i don't think it's the PH, according to my research 6.25 is the ideal ph for maximum availability of micro and macro elements. PH varies throughout the day/night cycle of the plant and these ups and downs are normal, it is wise to check PH at roughly the same amount of time each day and if there are wide variations i would be adjusting, however the change you're indicating is minor. I do not know of any Mylar that is bubbled, are you sure it's mylar? Let us know how everything progresse.
