Help!! no buds showing

wow dude,.....well what you got going on, what lighting are you using, how much ( how long have they recieved 12hrs day 12hrs dark), what grow medium are you using soil,hydro,aero..post some more pics of the whole plant and lemme know what your lighting schedule is and hopefully i can help
hey what you mean by screw in CFLs, Because i decided to grow a plant under em and mines doin fine, but not near the capability of HPS not near..but its still capable and can be done well if you know what ur doing..right? haha
They are on 12/12 light (2x 150W HQI 6400k). Hydro with PH 5.9 EC 1.9.

screw cfls are only gonna produce marginal results when grown like thunderkul does - flowering clones in beer cups getting 3.5g per finished 12" plant.
flowering with not enough light causes that whispy airy look to the flowering sites.
cfls are no way capable of producing superior bud.
Yes I'm feeding them Cellmax Hydrobloom x-y and the last 2 weeks cellmax flower power.
Ups. I see i forgot to say that these are WW plants.
